Bill Hughes
Bill Hughes began his insurance career in 1983, in Waco Texas, where he worked in an independent agency. He earned the CIC designation in 1989, and is past President of the Independent Insurance Agents of Waco McLennan County (1993). Bill moved his business to the Dallas area in 1996, where he became involved with the Dallas Executive Association, and was elected to the Board of Directors in 2007.
Bill began to work with employee benefits in 1983. In 2000, he sold his P&C book in order to focus on employee benefits, because he anticipated the legislative changes in health care, and understood that employee benefits would become increasingly important for agents, employers and employees. A leader in the field, Bill is a high level producer for numerous companies, including Allstate Worksite Division.
Bill resides in Waco, Texas, with his wife Tammy. They enjoy touring the back roads of America by motorcycle. He serves on ministry boards for The Road Adventure and Strategic Impact. As a member of Antioch Community Church he is involved in Church planting internationally. Bill is a graduate of the Baylor University Hankamer School of Business.

Tim Provence
Tim began his career in the life insurance business in 1971, with American General Life Insurance Company Agency in Waco, TX. He is a past State President of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors, where he also served for 10 years on the NAIFA-Texas Board. Tim has qualified on numerous occasions for MDRT, NQA, is a Life Member of the Texas Leaders Roundtable, and a graduate of Baylor University.
In 1985, Tim became a General Agent and formed his own company, Provence & Associates Insurance, to provide services in business continuation and estate planning. In 1988, he expanded his practice to include employee benefit work site solutions. Additionally, Tim spent 11 years working with agents and brokers as a work site life specialist.
Tim is an outdoor person, and enjoys hunting, fishing and playing golf. He has served his community as a little league coach, Sunday School teacher and fundraiser for breast cancer research. Tim currently serves on the Providence Hospice Advisory Board, and is a strong support of local cancer research and the American Cancer Society. He is a member of Highland Baptist Church.
